Infinity Gallery – Bali
Infinity Gallery is dedicated to the display of Stephan Max Reinhold’s Liquid Art. The Gallery is located in Ubud, which is the cultural and artistic center of the island of Bali, Indonesia. After the lease was signed in 2008, a year was spent transforming the existing traditional Balinese apartment into a sleek, modern art gallery, with polished concrete floors and columns. Wall partitions were built to increase the display space and lighting pods were installed to provide strong, even halogen lighting for all the artwork. The atmosphere in the air conditioned space is relaxing and calm, quite distinct from the maddening pace on Monkey Forest Road, just outside the front doors.
Infinity Gallery is presently the only place in the world, other than in private collections and during joint or solo exhibitions, where Max’s Liquid Art can be seen hanging on the walls and purchased. There is talk of opening an Infinity Gallery in Singapore and Las Vegas, but the discussions are in the very early stages.
The staff at Infinity Gallery are very well trained and can explain the intricacies of high speed drop photography in English, Bahasa Indonesia or Balinese. Written information is available in English and French, while German and Russian translations are in process.
We would be pleased to welcome you in the Gallery. If you decide to travel to Bali, consider staying at Infinity Villa, located just north of Ubud. The setting is stunning and idyllic, with terraced rice fields in every direction, and great views of Mount Agung, the Central Mountains and even the ocean in the distance.
